  • Input all the necessary information/details
  • Submit the form
  • Then go back to the patron registration column
  • Click on the patron registration column.
  • After filling in the details, Screenshot or print the page.
  • Bring the access card printout and the patron registration screenshot or printout to the registration desk in the library.
